At Urban Groomery, we believe in supporting initiatives that make a real difference in the lives of others. That's why we're proud to donate to Andy's Man Club, a charity dedicated to helping men improve their mental health through open conversations and community support. We understand the importance of mental well-being and want to play our part in breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. By supporting this cause, we hope to encourage more people to seek help, foster positive change, and create a more compassionate and supportive community. We will be donating £1.00 from every order to Andy's Man Club. 

Here's a closer look at what Andy's Man Club is all about.

ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK

ANDYSMANCLUB has over 200 free support groups nationwide, running every Monday from 7PM except bank holidays. In these groups, men can open up about the storms affecting their lives in a safe, judgement-free and non-clinical environment. Our clubs are designed to be free of pressure, there is no obligation for men to speak, they can simply listen if they wish.

With over 4500 men using our sessions every week, and an army of 1600+ volunteers on board, the movement is continuing to grow week-by-week. We firmly believe in the power of talking and that #ItsOkayToTalk.

Established in 2016 by Elaine, Andy’s Mum, and Luke, Andy’s Brother-in-Law, the aim of the club is to provide men with a safe space where they feel comfortable to talk and open up about their experiences in a room free of judgment.
